Refund Policy

Refund requests can be emailed to training@thecorporatetrainer.net up to 30 days before the scheduled class. After that, you may transfer to another date for a similar class.

Additionally, The Corporate Trainer reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 14 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be given with an option to reschedule to a future training date.

The Corporate Trainer is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is canceled.

If a training course is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as a natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
